... is known as the Guru Granth Sahib. The Adi Granth was its first rendition, completed and installed at the Golden Temple in Amritsar in 1604.
As I like to point out whenever it's mentioned, Amritsar is twinned with my home town of West Bromwich. (To be strictly accurate, it's twinned with the Metropolitan Borough of Sandwell.)
